Owner & President
Isaiah is a Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, where he earned a degree in Marketing. As President of Concept 32 and Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado, he leads the company with a clear focus: deliver high-performing storage and cabinetry solutions for the entire home. With more than 20 years in the industry alongside his wife, Michelle, Isaiah has helped grow the business from specialized storage into a true whole-home solution serving kitchens, baths, closets, and every space in between. His leadership bridges design, manufacturing, and installation, ensuring each project is executed with precision from concept to completion. Isaiah is involved in the day-to-day operations, from advancing the company's screen-to-machine manufacturing capabilities to curating materials and product offerings that meet the expectations of today's builders, designers, and homeowners. He is passionate about building a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement. At the core of Isaiah's approach is relationships. He takes pride in the long-term partnerships Concept 32 has built with clients, builders, and designers across Colorado, grounded in trust, communication, and consistent delivery. Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys spending time with Michelle and their two teenage boys. You'll also find him traveling, in the gym, or on the golf course.

Owner & Creative Director
Michelle is an expert in space planning and the driving force behind the design vision at Concept 32 and Closet & Storage Concepts Colorado. As Director of Design, she leads a team focused on creating thoughtful, functional solutions across the entire home from closets and storage systems to kitchens, baths, and beyond. With a background rooted in both organization systems and kitchen design, Michelle brings a unique ability to see how every space connects. Prior to co-leading the business with her husband, Isaiah, she ran the CSC Colorado location, building a strong foundation in client-focused design and operations. Michelle specializes in helping clients navigate major transitions whether downsizing, building a new home, or rethinking how their current spaces function. Her designs balance efficiency, aesthetics, and long-term livability. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Denver and discovered her passion for residential design early in her career as a kitchen designer. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and hiking throughout Colorado.

Custom Cabinet Designer
Emily's creative and quirky personality shines through all her designs. She loves problem solving and finding solutions to make her client's homes more functional, practical and beautiful. Emily has been a designer for Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts for over 9 years. Starting as an intern, while finishing her Kitchen and Bath Design degree, to now lead kitchen cabinet and bath designer, Emily excels in bringing your kitchen remodel and bath makeover to life. She enjoys meeting new clients and gaining their trust to create a custom design that specifically fits their needs. In her free time, Emily and her husband Dan enjoy live music, snuggling with their fur ball baby George, and escaping to the mountains for white water rafting.

Custom Cabinet Designer
Jenny's professional background includes advertising and marketing as well as interior design. She is business minded and a creative thinker with a flair for creating beautiful spaces. She is passionate about understanding the needs of her clients and working alongside them in the design process. Prior to Concept 32 / CSC Colorado, Jenny was the owner of Refresh Home for 15 years, specializing in construction management and interior design. She has also worked at several advertising agencies and marketing firms but now finds passion in the perfect kitchen remodel and designing unique spaces for her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Communication. Jenny and her husband Ron find joy in their adult kids, dogs, chickens, bees, sports, and the mountains.

Senior Cabinet Designer
Jennifer, a native of Colorado and former competitive figure skater, began her interior design career with Closet & Storage Concepts in 2005, excelling due to her strong work ethic, ability to understand people's needs, and talent for understanding and utilizing space. Prior to designing custom cabinetry, she was recruited by Furniture Row for visual merchandising and advertising roles while she was still studying at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Jennifer now specializes in designing for the whole house for Concept 32 and Closet & Storage Concepts. She and her husband enjoy international travel, cheering for the Broncos and Rockies, and raising their two boys.

Coordinator & Designer
Jessie is a versatile and dynamic professional currently serving as a Designer and Coordinator at Closet & Storage Concepts and Concept 32. With a unique blend of skills in interior design and organization, Jessie brings a creative yet structured approach to every project. Having previously worked as an Interior Designer, Professional Organizer, and HR Professional, her varied experience has equipped Jessie with a multifaceted skill set, allowing her to excel in both creative and administrative capacities. As a Colorado native, she draws inspiration from the natural beauty and diverse culture of her home state. Her passion for design is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Cabinet Designer
Creativity is at the core of everything Dannielle does. She loves turning ideas, big or small, into meaningful, visually striking designs. Known for her ability to listen closely and truly understand her clients' vision, Dannielle ensures every project reflects their unique goals and personality. When working with Dannielle, you can be confident that your ideas won't just be heard; they'll be transformed into something exceptional. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family or cheering on her kids from the sidelines, always bringing the same passion and energy to life that she brings to her design work.

Lead Engineer
Sean has been in the woodworking profession for over 20 years. Starting off sanding parts, moving on to finish work and then assembly he worked his way through the shop. Sean continued to develop his skills as he worked in furniture repair & restoration, installation and programming CNC equipment. He then went on to earn an associate's degree in technology, and is currently out of the shop and using his skills to engineer plans for Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts. He lives in Loveland with his wife and two children. When not in the office Sean likes to read, play guitar and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors with his family.

Lead Engineer
Kieran started as a cabinetmaker building high end boardroom tables in Pennsylvania. After learning all aspects of fabrication, he transitioned to engineering and used his skills to help improve the manufacturing process. Before bringing his knowledge and experience to Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts, Kieran also worked with an aerospace startup and spent three years in Alaska as an air traffic controller. Kieran's passion for turning ideas into reality brought him back to engineering and his love for mountain biking, camping, and exploring brought him to Colorado.

Production Manager
Jorge has worked in the industry since 2001 and brings deep expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and team leadership to his role as Production Manager at Concept 32. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he excels at guiding diverse teams to deliver high-quality, precision-crafted cabinetry on schedule. Jorge's background spans production management, supply chain oversight, and operational efficiency, giving him a 360° view of the manufacturing process from concept to completion. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his family and giving back to the community through volunteer work at a local food bank.

Project Manager
Serena brings an energy and meticulous attention to detail to every project she manages. With a strong focus on customer service and a passion for getting the job done right, she keeps things running smoothly from start to finish. Whether she's coordinating timelines or communicating with clients, Serena's positivity and professionalism shine through. A proud mom of two, she loves camping with her family and is known around the office as the life of the party, always ready with a smile and a great story to share.

Project Manager
Heather has a diverse background in operations, client coordination, and tech. Prior to joining the team, she ran her own virtual assistant business supporting creative entrepreneurs and also contributed to a fast-paced VR gaming startup, where she honed her skills in project flow and team communication. She keeps projects moving smoothly from planning to completion. Heather is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and loves spending time with her family, reading fantasy novels, watching movies, and exploring new places.

Accounting Manager
With over 20 years of bookkeeping experience, Shandi has precision and clarity needed for every set of numbers she touches. She thrives on solving problems and takes pride in making the books balanced—and even a little "pretty." Holding a degree in Public Relations, Shandi combines strong communication skills with a deep understanding of financial systems. Outside of work, she's passionate about lifelong learning, horses, and raising her three amazing children.

Marketing Director
Jay Hawkinson is a digital marketing professional with over 20 years experience in the online space focused on search marketing including SEO, paid media, local search, reputation management, voice of the customer, and social media. Jay leads all marketing initiatives at Concept 32 and Closet & Storage Concepts working closely with Isaiah and the designers. A former native of Chicago, Jay moved to Colorado in 2021 to be closer to family and friends. He enjoys the outdoors and being near the mountains.

Shop Foreman
Louie has worked for Concept 32 / Closet & Storage Concepts for over 11 years. He prides himself in producing a quality product and lending his knowledge of cabinetry to the employees he leads. Louie is a Colorado native. He started working in his father's cabinet shop as a youth as a shop assistant. He has 5 kids that are his pride and joy. In his free time, Louie enjoys spending time with his family and friends while enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Colorado.
